SugarCube Building is located on Blake and 16th and stands next to the historic Sugar Building along the 16th St Mall. The building is home to offices, residents, and some of the most popular restaurants in Denver.

Note the juxtaposition of angular planes with titanium shingles to the grey reflective glass tiles of the Denver Art Museum (DAM). The new angular Hamilton Building was designed by Daniel Libeskind in collaboration with Denver architects, Davis Associates Partnership. Beyond lies the "castle-like", North Building designed by Italian modernist architect, Gio Ponti, in collaboration with Denver architects, James Sudler Associates.
